The Great Canadian Picnic Needs Your Help >>

Picnic coordinators are in a search for a new Committee Chairperson this year who would like to head the 56th Annual Great Canadian Picnic in 2008. As you saw from the main page, the Picnic has been a valley event for over 50 years. Its longevity has been a result of Valley residents, both American and Canadian, wanting to put on a true family event.

Like any event of this nature, it takes the generosity of Valley residents, both Canadian and American to make a picnic great. This year we are looking for any volunteers that would like to help out. If you and your family would like donate your time, whether it be for an hour or the whole day, please let us know. Volunteers receive free food and drink, a commemorative shirt, and a post picnic wind-up. All our way of saying thanks.!
